Fantastic location - 2 minutes from the Cathedral. Beautiful house with a lovely patio open to the sky. Exceptionally clean. The manager was very helpful in keeping my luggage for a morning and phoning for a taxi.

YIT Puerta Bisagra is one of the best places to stay in Toledo. The staff is pleasant, the breakfast delicious and what is the most important the location of the hotel is perfect, near Puerta del Sol and plaza Zacodover. Rooms are comfortable and the whole building is historic with amazing elements of architecture. It wasnt my first time there and for sure I will back.

We stayed in a double bed and single bed room with our daughter. The room was very clean and comfortable. The shower was great. No noise at all at night and dark to sleep well. I never take breakfast at hotels but we did this time. Typical Spanish breakfast, good coffee. People that complain about the breakfast is because they expect a ‘gringo’ type. No cereal here. Good bread and tomato/olive oil. Omar was so good when we arrived. He gave us a map and pointed out the important places to see. There’s a bus stop outside the door to take you to the old town. On the way back, drops you off a little walk away.

Very prompt communication with host who was also friendly, helpful and accommodating. The door system was impressive and simple to get in and out. The room was very clean, tidy, spacious and in a great location.

Extremely central. Few minutes from Cathedral. Clean and charming. It’s an old building but rooms renovated to modern standards. Excellent coffee making machine. Host very helpful and friendly. Bed very comfortable. Take a taxi from the train station as walk is steeply uphill and probably a bit far for most people to walk, especially if hot weather.
