A beautiful place, surrounded by the lush greenery of ancient trees. Wonderfully peaceful and serene. The hosts are incredibly kind and attentive. Every morning Agata prepared us delicious breakfasts, and on our last day we even had the pleasure of tasting her homemade fig pie and jam, made from the fruit growing right in her garden. P.S. A truly beautiful property overlooking Mougins, surrounded by parkland. We got a room upgrade into the suite which was amazing. There are only a few rooms and there was no-one else there so we had the place to ourselves. The pool is stunning and we spent a couple of really relaxing peaceful days there. Breakfast is excellent and varied. The host is fantastic. You really need to have to have a car as it is a bit isolated but that was the beauty of it.

The hosts were really nice. I had an issue with my car rental and arrived later the expected, the hosts were very nice and accomodating. The place is nice and has everything you need.

It was perfect. A lovely room with a kitchenette so it felt like an apartment. I really liked the room's decor. It was bright and relaxing at the same time. It was great to have a terrace area too - and all this just a five minute walk from the beach! Florence was very pleasant too.

We had an unforgettable stay at “Les Petites Terrasses.” Our room looked even better in real than on the pictures of booking.com. My girlfriend enjoyed the cleanliness, I couldn’t make her happier because everything was spotless clean. All the amenities are from good quality and the hostesses were very kind. Nothing was too much for them. It is a walking distance to the center of Grasse. Our room had airconditioning, but even without it would be doable. We regret that we didn’t book a diner. We would definitely go back.

The hotel actually operates along with the underlying bistrot and I have to admit that it was fantastic having spacious rooms overlooking the beach. Rooms have comfortable beds and are equiped with all the means one may need, such as Wi-Fi, small fridge, espresso machine, hair-dryer, A/C and a large flat TV set (we did not get use of the latter). We had our rooms cleaned (really thoroughly) and our fridge resupplied with a pair of water bottles on a daily basis. Not only our hosts (Eloise and Nicolas) were really helpfull, but all the hotel and bistrot staff was suberb trying to fulfill our needs. The underlying bistro is used to serve French-style breakfast, offering a wide variety of sweet and savory dishes that truly exceed our expectations and varied preferences. Apart from breakfast, dinning at the bistrot is strongly suggested. All the plates are suberb, but I'd suggest trying those based on fish. It is worth to mention that the kitchen was extremely clean that there wasn't any fishy smell indicating that fishes were really fresh on a constant basis. The hotel is located right across the street from the beach so we had the opportunity to swim at every chance before having breakfast. The beach is clean with pebbles and is getting deep rather quickly which we really like. Finally, the hotel is ideally located close to the airport and yet without the traffic congestion of Nice, nor the crowded city centre. This is the ideal place to act as a base for journeys to other destinations, such as Nice, Monaco, Menton, Antibes, Cannes, St. Paul du Vence, or even Marseille. Last but not least Cros-de-Cagnes train station is within walking distance; trains along with local buses provide reliable travel alternatives to all the above destinations. Important notice: The hotel does not have a lift; so it is not suitable for people with kinetic disablilities. This was not a problem for us, but other people may need to be aware of.

The overall experience was top! In the middle of the village, highly recommended

very clean, close to where relatives live. Christian even set up coffee service when we planned to leave before breakfast was available.
