The location is very special,surrounded by vineyards and fields with animals,very calm and quiet,but near a wonderful restaurant (walking distance) and only 15 min from Bordeaux.(a car is needed) The owners were very kind,they gave us a whole sitting area with sofas and comfortable chairs and a beautiful fire blazing,as it was a family reunion so we could have some privacy,very much appreciated,we will be back for sure when in the region! Highly recommended.

This is one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed at. Tasteful decor, spacious room, stunning high ceilings, circular staircase, gorgeous kitchen, dining room and reception room. Extremely well kept, clean, comfortable, welcoming. Very central location, easy to get to on the bus from the train station and simple to get to the historic centre of the city either on foot or with the transit system.

Beautiful bedroom with exceptionally good heating, essential in January, very comfortable bed and tv. The ensuite is well planned. The central shared area is spacious and very well equipped.Hosts couldn't be more helpful. Several restaurants and takeaways within easy walking distance.Evening meals by arrangement. Easy reach of the motorway. I will definitely be staying here again.

Doesn’t matter how much I write, it won’t be enough to describe how amazing this accommodation is. Just come and see for yourself! Considering the reviews, expected a great breakfast, but it was just perfect! I liked everything about it and the presentation is “wow”! Upon arrival there were also complimentary drinks in the fridge. And the details like scented oils on the shelve or little candies on the tables became a chef's kiss, loved it! Communication with accommodation was also great and conscise. Thanks owners a lot for all the effort to make our stay as wonderful as possible ❤️ Enjoyed it a lot and cannot recommend enough!

I loved it - a great place very quiet and relaxing a bit of a way from the city but with excellent transport connections. Super comfortable bed and massive living room and kitchen space. Lovely and clean it felt like a home away from home. How anyone could diss it is beyond me. It is an older house of the Bordeaux style so I imagine all stairs are narrow and steep not the owners fault.
