The building itself is stunning—beautifully restored with great attention to detail, while offering all the modern comforts you could want. What truly made the experience unforgettable, however, was our host, Fred. From the moment he assisted our arrival, he made us feel incredibly welcome. His warmth and hospitality were second to none—there wasn’t a single request he couldn’t handle, It’s rare to meet someone so effortlessly accommodating. Fred prepared a delicious dinner for us, Fluent in five languages, great conversationalist and delightful company. We had a beautiful room followed by a lovely breakfast and even greeted by the friendly house dog, which added an extra personal touch to our stay. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a unique, welcoming stay in Toulouse.
