Anthony who was looking after the pub as well as checking in guests was incredibly friendly. He made us feel very welcome. The food was delicious and portions were generous.

A unique accommodation, very well located. Parking for customers is an advantage for such a small town. We did not mind the clock from the church next to the location. We had for breakfast, served at The Erskine Arms, the best eggs Benedict/Royale received in all 15 days of touring Wales, Cotswold and Cornwall.

The Summer Hill felt like home away from home. It is very cozy, clean (especially the bathroom) and the amenities are beyond my expectations, and the breakfast! I felt like I was eating at a coffee shop - always hot and scrumptious. Not what I always have whenever I travel, buffet style and cold cuts. I'm glad Dave invited me to come the next morning because I missed one. I love having conversations with him and his suggestions were great on where to explore next. Thanks to him, I now have an itinerary for the next summer. 🤣😂 Definitely worth coming back!

The location was fabulous and very convenient. The accommodation was very comfortable. We loved all the art from local artists that decorated the property. Chris was an excellent host who made us feel very welcome. We really appreciated his suggestion to visit the magnificent Bodnant Gardens.
