The communication with the owner was excellent from the start. On arrival, I sent a quick message and she immediately came out to greet me and direct me to where I could park, which was really helpful. The room itself was spacious, spotless, and had everything I could possibly need. I slept so well in a very comfortable bed, and the whole place was beautifully quiet. Although the property is on a residential estate in Nechells, don’t let that put you off, it’s a real hidden gem. I had a wonderful stay and would absolutely book again without hesitation.

The property was lovely and clean, very spacious, perfect for two of us to stay in for the night! Amazing value for money, especially last minute booking in the city. The house was near the UltimaArena and for us it was only 7 mins apart, in a calm neighbourhood. The bedroom, kitchen and bathroom were clean and there was no noise in the house or outside. I recommend it.
