Nice and cosy! We loved the historic setting and the countryside style of the building itself and the garden. The room was comfy and well equiped. Excellent stay. Room was lovely and clean. Bed was very comfortable and the breakfast the following morning was superb. The owners were lovely and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Great and authentic place and so much value for money. It has a real Scottish charm and you feel at home when you enter the hotel. Breakfast is served in the café next to the bar with fresh fruit, croissant, juice, youghurt, musli and selection of sausage omelettes or whatever you would like😀 it is incredible. that the place can provide this value for so little money. Situated right a small town you may hang out with Scott people here.

Crannaig house is so nice and sweet, it was our first day in Scotland and that was perfect start of our trip! I liked the house itself and our room. Everything is extremely clean, new, quality linen, big fluffy towels, soaps, cream and shampoo by Scottish natural Highland Soap company. We also got a sweet present, homemade here in Aberfoyle. Please don’t hesitate to have breakfasts and dinner at Crannaig House, because Shaun is excellent cook and everything was so delicious! Also Shaun gave us some suggestions for our rout. This house was in an excellent location close to the town centre and to tourist attractions. Very well stocked kitchen lovely and clean through out the house. The host is very nice and so easy to contact. Would highly recommend this place.
