The location was perfect for work I needed to do at Warwick University and had good transport links for my visit to Leamington Spa. The room and bathroom were really clean the shower worked well. Breakfast was lovely and included juice and hot pastries (delivered to the room), enjoyed with the in room tea, coffee and hot chocolate facilities. The hosts were really efficient and friendly.

I recently stayed at Maya Guest House for a week, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The location is excellent – five minutes walk to coldstore and 10 minutes walk to the park. Since I was there to help my daughter settle down for her study in the university, the house location was very Convenient to both city centre and Coventry university campus. The lady responsible for the accommodation was very attentive and always available to help, whether it was with recommendations or ensuring I had everything I needed. Her professionalism and kindness really made a difference. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

The lounge was very spacious, the bedrooms were really good. The parking is genuinely really good despite the don't block the driveway advertisement. The host was really helpful. The neighbours are really friendly.

Spot on for a wedding in Bangor Castle and not far to harbour or town. Exceptional decoration - very tasteful, clean and interesting. Also access to kitchen / diner with supplied coffee machine was a great addition.
