Great location right on the seafront. Spotlessly clean spacious room with nice sea view and a lovely balcony where you can sit and relax. Very comfortable, bed and beautiful bed linen. Kettle in room with good choices of tea or coffee. Complimentary toiletries. Great breakfast choice and served up very quickly. Super hosts, very friendly and most helpful. All in all a really great place to stay.

The staff were very kind, the receptionist very kind and we arrived half an hour earlier than check-in time( 3pm) . He look for us and available room and because of the lift was broken one of member help us carry our baggage up. Very kind people. The room was clean and tidy. We had a very nice stay and enjoyed the seaside. We recommend and will definitely return. Thank you

Joy was genuinely interested in her guests and making sure they had a good experience, both at the guesthouse and in Eastbourne itself. She was always available to help. The breakfast was yummy and cooked to order. The rooms were spotless and the lounge was a delight to read in. Great for the beach and the theatre Would defiantly stay again
