We have stayed a few times whilst visiting family in Eastbourne. Always find the room, bed, showers etc very good and the location is peaceful.

The staff were very kind, the receptionist very kind and we arrived half an hour earlier than check-in time( 3pm) . He look for us and available room and because of the lift was broken one of member help us carry our baggage up. Very kind people. The room was clean and tidy. We had a very nice stay and enjoyed the seaside. We recommend and will definitely return. Thank you
