Small room but really clean with bathroom. Brekfast was mainly sweet (cornflakes, croissants, and sweets) and some toast with butter (self service). Bus station and grocery shop were close. Around 25 minutes to metro station by foot. Around 1 hour from city center by metro.

The owner is an incredibly nice person that welcomed us into his home and was there for every one of our needs. We wanted to have an authentic London experience, not in a generic hotel, and most important to be away from the loud and busy parts of town. It was even better than expected, we felt like at home and on top of that we were able to reach every part of the city very quickly.

A 10-minute walk from Kilburn Underground Station and a 5-minute drive from the M1 motorway. The rooms at Windmill Guest House all have free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, tea/coffee and ironing facilities.

The room was very nice, staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was excellent. The room are above a pub with life music, which didnt bother me.
