we loved the ambience of the whole BnB, we had a lovely welcome and felt comfortable from the time we stepped into the room. We started each day with a lovely breakfast and were always given recommendations for things to do while in the area. Overall an excellent stay with nothing but good memories made.

Very comfortable bed. Room was very nicely decorated with a workspace. The staff were very nice and professional and friendly. They refilled the drinking water in each room every day. The shared bathroom was kept very clean and tidy.

My friend and I stayed at Grangeview for three nights while visiting Edinburgh, and it was amazing! We had the junior suite and absolutely loved it – super cute, very clean, and cozy. Each morning we received a lovely breakfast bag from the owners, which was such a thoughtful touch. The location was perfect with a bus stop right around the corner– only about 10 minutes into the city. The owners were incredibly kind, responsive, and accommodating. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommend!

Sonas was one of the best guesthouses I’ve ever been to. It was quiet, clean and location was excellent!! There were food, water, coffee and tea. We also used their free parking for our trip to the highlands. This place had everything. I highly recommend!
