We had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly nice and attentive. The accommodation is in a lovely, peaceful neighborhood, yet still very close to the city center – the perfect balance. The room was spotless, very cosy, with a huge and comfortable bed. Every morning, we were surprised with some delightful treats from the host, which made our stay even more special. The place was conveniently located near the city center, which made it easy to explore the area. Since everything in England tends to be quite expensive, we chose one of the most affordable rooms—and we were actually very happy with our choice. After all, when you're out sightseeing all day, the room mainly serves for rest and sleep. That said, the room itself was clean, comfortable, and met our needs. For budget travelers, it’s a good option with great access to the city.

The rooms were very new and clean. The furnishing is like brand new. WiFi was also fast. My guess is that they have renovated and the place was very well maintained. The location is not so far away from town. The bus stop is just outside this property. It takes only 15-20mm to reach town. Sharon who was on duty was very friendly and helpful with good local knowledge to help us get to the places of interest. I’d strongly recommend especially if you’re traveling to Edinburgh for the first time.
