I had a great stay here! The room was super clean, comfy and even bigger than expected. The guesthouse is really close to the city centre and just a short walk from the beach :) Olga is an absolute angel, thanks for being so lovely and helping me with my massive bagpack! We are a family with 2 girls 6 and 8 yrs, and stayed Start of September. Julia and Jamie were great hosts, very friendly and did everything to make our stay perfect. Amazing breakfast hot and cold choice. Rooms clean and spacious. Good mix of guests - families, young couples, pensioners, from UK and abroad. The pool was heated 29degrees and had plenty of Sun loungers, there was free parking. A short walk away from the seafront and lots of restaurants to choose from.

Situated less than a 10-minute walk from the centre of Exeter and a 20-minute drive from the Dartmoor National Park, it is next to the beautiful St Davids Church and cemetery.

Amazing attention to detail. The rooms were so cosy and inviting - they were so warm on the freezing cold night we arrived and having BBC radio playing classical music just set the tone of the evening. Breakfast was well thought out and delicious. Tim was so friendly and checking in out of hours was hassle-free.
