The service was excellent and much more personalised than I've received in large chain hotels. I was greeted with a warm welcome and appreciated Mrs Griffiths changing my room to the ground floor to make it easier to keep my bike in the room. I checked out in the morning and went about my day. I later received a text message to state I had left a cable in the room and was this to be thrown away. I had left my watch charging cable in the room in error and really appreciated Mrs Griffiths sending this back to my home address. It may be a small token but it's a personal touch that I do not believe I would receive from many now a days. Thank you so much, I will definitely return for my next visit to Leeds.

Very good communication from the owner regarding our stay, it was in a good spot we thought, and the first time we had been to Leeds. It seemed nice and quiet for us too, I would recommend.

My stay at fAiRy DeLL Guesthouse was truly wonderful. It exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel completely at home. Lynn was an absolute 🌟 — so welcoming, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout my visit. She went above and beyond! The room was clean, and the bed was amazing. I slept better than at home!! The place was very quiet, which I valued more than I thought I would. Close to the bus and train station, I had no problem travelling to cities nearby and trying out the local food. I left feeling so happy and well looked after. I’d 100% recommend FAiRy DeLL Guesthouse to anyone visiting this area, and i will definitely stay here again if I ever come back. Sue was absolutely amazing . very welcoming, kind, and made the whole check-in process smooth and effortless. The room was clean and well prepared, and the place itself was quiet and relaxing. Overall, a great experience thanks to her warm hospitality.
