Everything was perfect! The room was spacious, super clean, and comfortable with a good-sized private bathroom. There are tea and coffee facilities in the room and you can also use the guests' lounge where you will find a kitchen and a washing machine . Rooms are on the ground floor with a private entrance. Even though the property is right at the exit of the motorway, you won't hear anything. It's really quiet! Parking on site in front of the room entrance. Breakfast is cooked to your preference, and the hosts are extremely welcoming and pleasant! The guesthouse is situated literally at the exit of the motorway. Make sure to drive slowly not to miss the turn! We only spent 1 night here as we were flying out on the next day. The location was really convenient for us, only 30 minutes from the airport. Really good deal in the area! Highly recommended!

We stayed in the mobilome. It was great. More space inside than expected. Rooms were comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. Neat train station, 30 minutes train to Edinburgh. Lovely stay.

Really straightforward to get to. I was a little worried, but there are a number of places that buses stop near to the hotel. I used this hotel after a conference for a couple of days. I was able to then walk about 1.5 miles to a bus stop that was suitable for an airport bus as it was simpler than getting two buses with a connection. Really grateful that the hosts packed me a breakfast as I had an early flight. Visited the Falkirk Wheel (bus into Waverley Street and then a bus out of Edinburgh) for a day trip.
