Very friendly owners, great location, tasty breakfast served from 7am (this is important! in one of the Welsh hotels I visited, breakfast was from 9am, too late if you are planning a longer hike). Oh, and the building is beautiful!

Attention to detail. Care and kindness at every corner! Our bikes were looked after without issue and we felt so at ease at the Alpine Lodge. Very modern and beautiful decor. Breakfast was just fantastic. Tea, coffee treats in room. Even cutlery and fridge! Very grateful for such a wonderful stay. Lots of happy memories.

    The breakfast was lovely, as was the service. Our hosts were so welcoming and helpful. The guest house is in such a lovely position, and although our room was at the front, it was really quiet, and the views are stunning.

    Wow, an amazing stay here! Such good value for money. It's in a great location. Very handy for snowdon mountain railway, the llanberis path up to Snowdon. Close to everything really a great find. Hosts are extremely welcoming and friendly. Breakfasts were tasty and a good choice to choose from. My room was spacious and bed was so comfy I slept really well. I would 100% recommend Dolafon Guest House, would I return? Absolutely
