He looked after us and was very knowledgeable about the area, buses, etc and very friendly. Each morning Colin cooked us breakfast and was always punctual, friendly and served exactly what we'd ordered. The bed and room were comfortable and clean. The shared facilities were always kept clean and tidy. The location, although a little out of town, was easy to get to by bus or walking. The Guest House was quaint and providing a laundry service was greatly appreciated.The breakfast was delicious and very nicely served with old-fashioned finesse. He was mindful that I have an allergy to gluten and provided food that was gluten free .... He even offered to go to the local supermarket to get gluten free bread ! The room was comfortable with tea making facilities a microwave and fridge ..... The guesthouse was quiet with no traffic noise ... Breakfast was hot, booked my time for breakfast and it was there soon as I sat down, The host was very very friendly and welcoming, so much knowledge about Guernsey , where to go and all about when the guest house was built.
