We spent a lovely night at Belvedere Guest house. We made the reservation litteraly at the last minute in the evening, but we were welcomed very well, despite it being the low season. We slept very well and the room was very confortable. Thank a lot and we highly recommend this guest house.

Kildonan Guest House was brilliant for our stop In the Aberdeen area. The hosts were lovely and the breakfast was made fresh as you like it. The rooms are super clean, and the beds are comfy. We really enjoyed our stay. If your lucky you can also greet two super friendly dogs who like some gentle head scratches.

Staff very nice and friendly. Did us an early checkin without extra charges. Family room was very spacious and even had a dining table. Bedsheets were clean. Breakfast was included, that was very basic but great for early morning starters. Not too far from the central Aberdeen.

Found the place by searching where to stay around StoneHaven. Found this place, booked it in no time, without knowing what to expect at all. Last minute trip, booked on the go. Once arrived, what a GOOD surprise! A lovely wee cotage, lost between Stonehaven and Aberdeen. The warm welcoming by hosts and the stay was incredible. You book a BnB, but feels like you will be staying at your old friend's place for the night! And I'm not even speaking about the Peacocks waiting for you and the back garden full of chickens and rabbits! This place 5min away from the lovely beach! What more can we ask for ?! Genuinely! I'll definitely be back. If it's not to visit Aberdeenshire, it will be for the mindfulness retreat that the place offers. We can only recommend! Jelena & Nico

    The location was super on the harbour front. Our host at the guest house was very friendly and welcoming and informative about local restaurants and amenities. The house was very well equipped as was our room. Continental breakfast was plentiful as was tea coffee water etc in room. Spacious bathroom and comfy bed. Cosy lounge area with sofa and large TV, very homely. All round great experience.

    We have a very great stay in belvedere Guest House the owners are very kind, welcoming and very helpful. Breakfast is excellent. There are even vegetarian and vegan breakfasts. We had the Scottish breakfast, so delicious. The Belvedere is located in the city center, Dunnotar Castle is accessible on foot from Stonehaven harbour. We travel by train and the hotel is 10 minutes downhill! To leave the owner called us a taxi (2 min by taxi to get to the station) so we avoided the hill with the suitcases :)

    A very pleasant stay. The hosts are very nice and helpful, great contact during the stay and before arrival - they responded quickly to messages and were very friendly. Very good breakfasts. Room and bathroom nice, clean and comfortable. Great location close to the city center and the beach. If I come back to Stonehaven (it's really lovely) I will stay again.
