Very warm welcome from the owner. It's noticeable everywhere how well run and thought-out this place is. There's a small kitchenette on the landing with a microwave and tea & coffee for guests' use (there's also a kettle in the room), and I was offered bottled water, sweets, etc on my arrival. At this price point it's rare to find rooms so well-kept and immaculately clean. The room I had was spacious for a single - it even had a desk area which was very useful - and for a guesthouse it was surprisingly quiet.
