It was honestly one of the coziest places we’ve stayed in during our time in the Highlands! Everything was spotless and so thoughtfully prepared, you can really tell how much care goes into it. AJ and Luke were the kindest hosts, incredibly welcoming and genuine, and they made us feel completely at home from the moment we arrived. We only wish we could have stayed a few more days! We’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this lovely place to everyone heading to Ullapool.

The hosts we friendly, helpful and informative. They genuinely care about their guests and take pride in their B&B, which is lovely. The accommodations were well appointed, clean and comfortable. Breakfast consisted of toast, fruits, cereals, yogurt and choices of several made to order items. We were well satisfied with the good breakfast meal. The location is absolutely beautiful overlooking the bay and there was ample parking for the guests.

Perfect location, only a short walk into Ullapool and lovely view over the loch. We met the new owner who had taken over the business the day before we stayed and he was so lovely and welcoming (thank you for our complimentary honeymoon champagne) Also the best bed we have slept in on our NC500 route so far!

Lovely old building with spacious room and modern bathroom. Breakfast was plentiful and Sara was accommodating by taking our fridge provisions to place in their fridge. Easy walk to all of the restaurants in the area. Had a good meal at The Caledonian Hotel.
