Great location for easy road access for touring, with plenty of parking, and for walking into Ullapool for dinner. Room was cosy but beautifully presented. Great breakfast, pleasant staff and owner. The welcome dram was a lovely touch.

To be very honest, when I made the booking I didn’t pay much attention to the room as it was the only place with availability in Ullapool. The room was great, plenty of room, cleaned and with great views! There is no breakfast but coffee, tea, biscuits, small fridge, plates, etc are available. The place is not in the town centre but isn’t far. I definitely recommend it.

    The hosts Neil and Aidan were incredibly lovely and generous with their time and knowledge of the area. I felt very at home here, and the views at breakfast were glorious, overlooking Loch Broom. The room was simple but had everything I needed and the bed was comfortable, everything very clean. The guest house has an old-timey feel and is charming, the waiting staff are also lovely. Neil & Aidan made this trip such a magical one for me.

    great location close to pubs, shops and the harbour yet still quiet and peaceful. A very comfortable, attractive room with a sparkling clean bathroom. Our breakfast was ample with plenty of selections and our host was friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.
