Loved this stay - the room is very cosy with beautiful mountain views. You can see Mountain Views from the bed - a joy to wake up in. There is a little balcony as well. The bed was comfy and the bathroom and kitchen facilities were great. The hosts were very nice and helpful. They have a big dog that some people might be frightened of at first but it was very sweet and didn’t bark at all. The steps up to the room were slippery when wet - use the handrail. Some grip should really be added. No washing machine.

A very lovely hotel with a charming garden. Enjoying coffee and mountain views in the garden on a nice day is a pleasure. The room is well decorated and clean, with complete facilities. Thank you very much to the lady who made breakfast. She has excellent cooking skills and the breakfast was amazing. I could even eat a complete set. Boss Pirlo is very friendly and introduced the surrounding attractions and restaurants. He also has affordable and high-quality homemade wine. I really want to go again for the garden, breakfast, and mountain scenery.

We arrived in the middle of the night, but the owner kindly answered the phone and guided us to the accommodation. We were warmly welcomed by the host with a jug of homemade wine and the hostess, who also prepared breakfast for us exactly as we wished — at 8:00 AM, even though we know it was the middle of the night for them! The breakfast was absolutely delicious — the best we had in Georgia — with fresh vegetables, cheese, honey, soft-boiled eggs, and of course, more amazing wine. This stay was by far the best of our 7-day trip in Georgia, and we truly regretted not being able to stay longer. We felt completely at home. The room was clean and comfortable, and we really appreciated the hairdryer — a small but thoughtful detail. We highly recommend this place in Borjomi to anyone traveling by car. It’s worth the stop!
