The staff (young man) is friendly and can speak engish. The rooms are on upstairs and owner living downstairs. It has a balcony with a fantastic view. There are refrigerator, electrical kettle, AC in the room. They have laundry services starting from 15 lari. You can park your car in the street. The breakfast was 15 lari per person, we did not try. The toilet has water hose.

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic! The owner was incredibly helpful, and we loved the cozy kitchen with its piano—we had a blast playing music together. Plus, the price was very affordable. This was the best hotel we stayed in in Georgia in this price range, no question. Because it was not busy, the owner upgraded us to a room with a beautiful view. This behaviour was typical of their kindness and desire to make sure we had the best stay possible. They also organised us a driver to take us to the cave and Canyon. On our 2nd night, we were invited to try the many different types of homemade chacha. Feijoya and blueberry were my favourites! The room itself was great, large enough with a good shower and the beds were OK, though in general the mattresses in Georgia are not great for me and these were the same. Personal preference of course. The room even had bathrobes and slippers. It's generally a quiet location, about 15 minutes walk to town or a few Lari by bolt. There is a large terrace on the roof where you can enjoy breakfast or a drink, with a nice view. Everything considered I highly recommend staying in this hotel.

We chose this place for it's great view over the town and didn't have to disappoint. We sat every evening on the balcony and enjoyed the wine and the view. We didn't use the kitchen very much, but it seemed it had everything needed. The family was extremely kind, shared with us their home made wine every evening. We were very happy there.
