The guesthouse’s location is superb, next to the church and the start of the hiking trail to Shkhara glacier. The village’s panorama viewpoint is just 3 minutes walk away, and you can be there easily in the early morning before the tourists arrive. The rooms are clean with stupendous views and en suite bathroom. Mamuka’s mother is a whiz in the kitchen: we booked dinner and breakfast with her during our 2 night stay and every meal was delicious. Home-made jams, milk from the family cows, produce from their garden and so on. Mamuka was also very responsive and helpful with advice and booking of transfer vehicle, and we learnt a lot about life in the mountains.

Very friendly owner who happens to be an amazing cook! Both dinner and breakfast were delicious. Also, the (online) communication with her was quick and clear. Nice areas, both inside and outside, to have a drink or a meal. The shower was good and hot. The dog was awesome.

The host was very welcoming and friendly. We ordered breakfast and mentioned that we are vegan and vegetarian, and she was able to prepare an amazing breakfast. It was the best breakfast we had throughout the whole trek from Mestia to Ushguli, very diverse and tasty. :)

Everything was just lovely. The hosts are amazing, they will help you with anything. The room is build relatively new and it's on a great location. When waking up there is a beautiful view on the mountains and the valley. The cafe they own is also very cozy and has great food. Really recommend this stay.
