A nice quiet spot just on the outskirts of the main town but in walking distance, with beaches nearby and a good supermarket about 10 minutes away on foot. The landlady Rula is an Angel. I have a knee injury which restricted my mobility and Rula just took me wherever I needed to go. A warm and kind person who made it possible for me to enjoy my time in AEGINA town. There was a kettle, fridge and utensils and breakfast snacks and coffee. Everything you need.

The place is simply stunning. There are only few rooms and every room has private entrance. I absolutely enjoyed the feeling of being the only one in the property ( which is not true, but you barely see or hear anyone else. The town is 15 minutes walk down the hill with plenty of nice restaurants and an impressive shopping street. Overall i can’t recommend Aegina or Nikolaou residence enough. Like in the Michelin guide - three stars, the place is worth the trip by itself.
