About five minutes to the beach via a private path past the church. I recommend it to everyone who wants to be in the town and still live in privacy a short distance from the beach. It was clean, the hosts were very nice. The breakfast changed every day and it was very good. We enjoyed staying there. If you want to go in the capital, you can take a bus who has his station in front of the villa. The beach is nearby, you just have to descend some stairs and there you see the beach. I recommend it.

Fantastic location - excellent for people who want a more peaceful stay in Santorini. Very close to bus stop which will take you to Fira and Oia. Supermarket right outside your door. Less than a minute walk to the black sand beach. And of course the host Kostas was amazing. The most friendly host I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. Made my stay in Santorini so much more memorable.
