Guest Houses in Heraklio

We truly enjoyed it and we fully recommend it. The location is ideal, close to the center, to the sea and close to wonderful restaurants. The rooms are cozy and offer everything needed for a great stay. The terrace at the last floor offers a wonderful view of the city. Still, the most memorable part is the kindness and warmth that we were welcomed with. We can genuinely say that the owner is one of the nicest people we have met in Greece - and that should say a lot, since Greece has a lot of wonderful and warm people. Here we were pampered with friendliness, lots of good advice and a wonderful peach juice. It made our stay extremely pleasing. We are greatful and we will surely chose to stay here again whenever we are visiting Heraklion!

We loved the countryside setting up on top of the hill, and overlooking distant areas to the north, east, and west. Fotini is a fantastic host, who welcomed us warmly and gave us very helpful information for a great stay. This was a perfect home base for touring all around the eastern, southeast, and northeast sections of Crete. It was nice being surrounded by Olive trees, lemon trees, apricot trees, and having a few chickens and rooster on the property ( penned up of course).
