There were floods in greek so some of the roads were closed. The hostess helped us with how to get there and did above and beyond for it. Beyond that, our stay was great!

I like the design of the room - wild stones and wooden furniture! It makes you feel closer to nature 🌞 The room is created with attention to detail! A cozy kitchen with all stuff you need. Staying there puts you in a meditative state even if you're not looking for that. You'll find your peace. While I enjoyed my stay then I must mention it's probably not very suitable for unfit people (so many stairs and light climbing to get to the beach) and people with small children who can't swim. The sea gets deep very fast. Most suitable for younger childless crowd.

The family that runs this place is the most wonderful people that have ever hosted me anywhere. The warmth and generosity of Nikos, Faya and Apostolis and everyone else is unmatched and it was an honor being their guest. The room itself was spotless, comfortable and had everything I would expect. The tavern, being a part of the establishment, is the final touch that makes you feel absolutely happy. After seeing both towns, we prefer Kastraki over Kalambaka. It is more peaceful and authentic. The hotel was very nice. The area where the breakfast is served has a nice fireplace that made it very comfortable for the cold nights during our stay. The room was spacious. It had a living room with a nice balcony where we sat and enjoyed the view of the town and one of the mountains. The owner is very nice. We had good conversations with him. He was very attentive and always making sure we had whatever we needed. We recommend this hotel and would stay there again.
