Our host Alexia was the nicest person! Nothing was a problem and she gave us a lot of tips for beaches, coffee places and restaurants. The room was comfy, cozy and very clean. It's not big but it has everything you need and you also have access to a small patio with a table and two chairs and a drying rack. The bathroom is new and also very clean. The location is great!!! You are just across the street from the beach and a few minutes of walk from the port and the historical city center.

Everything was perfect for our taste, great location on the beach and walking distance to the port, excellent decor with lots of interesting details(Harley bikes, old milling equipment), large rooms(with fridge, hairdryer, safe box, toiletries, air conditioning, TV, mirrors, couches), big balcony with perfect sea view, daily room cleaning, fresh towels everyday, free breakfast, free sun beds, excellent beach bar vibe with DJ playing live music every afternoon, bike parking and last but not least the super friendly staff. They made us feel very welcome, we chatted and laughed almost like we knew each other(shoutout to Roberto and Jimmy). I have only seen similar staff service at Ark Bar(which is on a whole different level).

We had a great time during our vacation at Nikos studios! The location is a little outside the center, still reachable within a 15 minutes walk, peaceful and quiet with an amazing view on kefalos bay. The studios are very clean, spacious, with 2 small terraces each and equipped with all necessary items, very comfy bed and a lovely garden! Barbara and Nikos are wonderful hosts, so uncomplicated, friendly and helpful people with great humour! On arrival we found water and delicious cakes on the table, this treat just made the welcome perfect on a late arrival! Thank you for an amazing hospitality : )
