The staff were very helpful with any request and questions we had. They organised transfers and taxis and were cheaper than an external agency. the location is great if you have a car or are taking the bus to travel to other places in the island as it is quiet and there are shops and cafes around. There are bakery, plenty of eateries, supermarket just right outside. Nicer n cheaper restaurant than in Fira/ Oia, the rstaurants is really good here. Basic room w balcony, clothes hanger, kettle fridge, I will go bk again if I come bk to santorini. 15mins flat ground walk to city center.
