StiLiana is one of Mitilini’s grand old mansions that has recently been set up as a boutique hotel. It’s a beautiful, stately home, filled with stunning original furniture and decor. It’s a fascinating insight into the history of Mitilini. It’s positioned opposite the marina, so you look onto the water from the front bedrooms and balconies and get lovely sea breezes too. Beds and pillows are also comfy. It’s an easy walk to the centre, approx 10-15 mins. & about a 5 min drive to the beach below the castle, plus there are lots of swimming spots with clear water back towards the airport and beyond. The staff are super friendly and helpful with local advice. Mitilini itself was a great surprise, it’s vibrant and there’s lots of meandering streets with cool bars and cafes. We were one of the first customers at the hotel and will definitely be back.

It was on the north of Mytilini, which I chose for historical places, Castle is 3 minutes by walking, museums and sightseeing places are near, city center is 15 minutes on foot, great taverns just behind and in front of it, a balcony with a beautiful view of the castle and sea. More than I needed. Very clean room, clean sheets, towels. I only needed air conditioning at night 'cause both the balcony and the room is quite cool during the day with a sweet breeze, which is so sweet. Bathroom is a little old yes but clean and meets your hot water expectations. I have amazing breakfasts and sunsets at the balcony and the owner Stavros was like a member of my family even though we don't speak same language. He's kind, helpful and sweet. If I come here again, this is my place to stay.

The owner is very helpful and kind. The place has its own beach and it feels great. A bit far from city center of Plomari but you can walk and arrive center in about 20 minutes.

I have been to Plomari a few times now, This was my first time at Nick House. We took the Studio with garden View. The room was exactly as expected, 2 Twin beds as I was staying with my son, AC, Small kitchen area and a little terrace area in the garden to sit and enjoy the afternoon / Evening or a little breakfast in the morning. Upon arrival you were met with the host Sultana who is the kindest person, very warm and welcoming, offered to assist with anything we needed. I felt that we had known her for ages. The room was very clean and everyday the beds and towels were prepared and used dishes were cleaned and put away. The location is perfect, a few mins walk to the beach and restaurants. I would 100% stay here again and look forward to returning next year.
