Everything actually,place is 2 minutes walking distance from black beach,room was super clean,owner was the most polite guy ever,he checked on us everyday,gave us instructions where to go what to do and every time we went at some of this locations,we had best time.Next to our place there was 24/7 bakery where we had really good breakfast and 2 minutes from us was also supermarket.We recommend everybody to come and experience this,Angelo is great host and you will have best time.Also,great value for price💕

The location is very close to the local bus stop. The room is well-equipped with kitchenette, sofa, king-size bed, single bed, tables (inside and outside), chairs, TV, WiFi and other things. The owner, Kostas, is very nice guy and can help you to plan anything for your stay with the cheapest price possible all over the island 😀 Also, he can give you some advices for local restaurants. Almost everybody knows him and if you say his name in local restaurants (like Acropolis), they will give you ~10% discount. This pension is 10/10 and we were very happy about our stay! wonderful accommodation. Shaded terrace with tree. beautifully furnished apartment and kitchen. A quiet and undisturbed place to relax. About five minutes to the beach via a private path past the church. I recommend it to everyone who wants to be in the town and still live in privacy a short distance from the beach. Very nice!!! The facilities are new and clean! we arrived at midnight, but the hotel left the door for us. We slept very well that night! Also the host is very nice and friendly! I left my airpods in the room by accident and i just found it after i already left Santorini. The host found it and delivered it to me even paid the delivery fee. Now i am waiting for seeing my AirPods again! Really a good hotel and good host! Strongly recommend !!

Everything was amazing. It was very clean with big room, comfortable double bed and cozy balcony. Price/quality - this is perfect place. The location is 5 mins from the walking main area. Yannis (host) was very hopeful with everything - provided information for main spots and assist us to rent ATV. He was polite and always ready if you need something. I definitely recommend stay here.

Absolutely amazing in every way..We are frequent visitors to santorini and have stayed in lots of different accommodations but Aerino villa is by far the best..Location and accommodation are excellent..There are only 3 rooms at Aerino villa which is nice as like a boutique style residence..Our room was a minimalistic style decorated room which was perfect to our tastes..very relaxing and chilled room..bathroom and shower are excellent and the view from the room and the terrace where you can have your breakfast are amongst the best on the caldera..But what really make this place so perfect are the hosts..Flora and Yanis..They go above and beyond to make sure you have the perfect vacation..perfect Hosts..Will definitely be back..Thank you

Irene help us with everyting, she is very kind. We could leave are luggage there after check-out until the ferry time. Villa Illios is in Fira, which is the perfect spot to go to other places in Santorini because the bus station is only 10min walk away. Perfect experience!
