What a small paradise we found on the island of Thassos. We were here in October, so there were not many tourist on the island left. But this place made it extra special. We just couldn’t get enough of the private, spectacular beach. The children especially liked the Sub board to paddle around in the ocean and climbing the rocks on both sides. Furthermore the small complex has bbq facilities, a basket and basketballs to play with and a communal terrace and ‘beach bar’ (BYO) overlooking the sea. The hosts were very friendly, offering us coffee regularly. We stayed in the bungalow next to the bigger villa, which is nicely decorated.

Just 50 metres from Potos Beach, the family-run Pension Aldebaran is surrounded by a lush garden and a stone-paved terrace with seating areas.

Location and sea view are great. Our room is Number 1 for couples. Close to town center and easy access to restaurants and shops, 3 min for free parking, 2 min for beach, I would definitely recommend.
