The host Vagelis and his family are amazing. The location is spot on, cannot get better than this in Livadi. The room and the bathroom are perfect, like brand new. There's fridge, nespresso machine, cattle etc. You will get a complimentary bottle of water along with nespresso caps, milk, sugar for as long as you stay. The rooms are cleaned every single day. The bed and pillows are so comfy. Shall I add a free beach towel if you need one. Highly recommended.

We had a nice room, spotlessly clean, 50 steps from the beautiful beach. The beach bar was great, served a big variety of foods and drinks. The staff was super-friendly and helpful. We very much enjoyed chilling around, our stay was a perfect relaxation.

The owner and staff went out of their way to make us feel at home. For example, we were picked up from port (low season), given complimentary breakfast and other small gestures that really made us feel welcome. The beach was about 20m from our room and we could see as we sat outside. In between sea and our room is a wonderful restaurant that serves top notch authentic greek cuisine. Staff extremely friendly!
