Excellent location for restaurants, bars and shops. The studio flat was very clean, well maintained, comfortable beds and spacious with lots of storage. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Our departure time was late afternoon and the owners let us stay in our accommodation, as no other guests were arriving that day. We would definitely recommend the Polykratis Rooms to family and friends and would stay there again!

We really appreciated the hospitality and the friendly staff! The rooms are cozy and well equiped and it's very well situated - in Skopelos Town, where you find all the restaurants and shops, but also very close to a bus station where you can take a bus to one of the stunning beaches close by. We would definitely recommend it and come back here :)

Everything was lovely, really great location, and very kind and helpful host. The room was clean and spacious. Everything was functional, and we appreciated changing sheets and towels on the 2nd day. George gave us a lift to the airport. Highly recommend! I would definitely like to come back and stay again in Sokaki rooms!

The place was so well placed, we were close enough to enjoy the busy life in town yet it was quiet when we were home. Our host was fantastic, we could leave our luggage there the next day and freshen up in the spare bathroom, as our ferry was delayed.
