Thassos is a excellent host - intelligent, kind, always ready to give good advice. Zagorochoria is a magical place, and Vitsa is probably the best choice of location - many routes start from it and all must see places are nearby. Lovely breakfast, with local produce and a wide variety of homemade desserts which were great. Perfect location off the main road with easy parking just minutes walk (up a stone path) to the village plateia. Very nice, spacious room. Quiet! (Though I think we were the only guests in our building.) The breakfast was fantastic, with daily homemade goods. Spacious room, nicely furnished and powerful shower in bathroom. Location excellent, close to village square and cafe, as well as a small, simple evening taverna serving tasty souvlaki and a good value taverna on the main road with a wider choice of food all day.
