Fantastic service by the manager / owner. Overall very friendly and helpful. Goes the extra mile to support and assist us. Provided good and useful information. We accidentally broke a cup and initially needed to pay for it. However the manager / owner decided to waive the penalty fee. Definitely recommended. 🌟⭐🌟⭐🌟

The staff was really friendly and welcoming, offering help in every way they could like giving umbrella on a rainy day or storing the luggage. The entrance to accommodation could be safely locked and it was quiet during the night. The bed and pillow were comfortable, AC working well. The room was simple but fully equipped. Very convenient for a central stay in Kowloon.

The location is the best, that's it. The size of the room is just a common thing in Hong Kong because of the lack of the land territory for this country, so just deal with it. Still, it was comfortable to be here just for overnight, because you have to explore Hong Kong, not just sit in the hotel the whole days.

excellent location, convenient access to all attractions. very clean, there is everything you need for your stay, even slippers and toothpaste. the room is small but very comfortable. Hong Kong teaches you to make do with little. the staff are very friendly people, they told me and showed me how to get to the places I needed. on the way back they were even escorted to the bus heading to the airport. thanks a lot!!!
