Thomas was one of the kindest hosts I met. He was always happy to help and make sure we would enjoy our stay as much as possible. The location is great, right by the sea and close to nice restaurants. View from the room was also amazing. Definetely a good choice!

the apartments are really located on the beach. the beach is small pebbles, the bottom is sandy, the water is exceptionally clean - the most ideal beach in the resort. but if you want variety - there are several other beaches within walking distance. you don't have to plan your trip to the sea - at any time you can go out to the embankment in a swimsuit and this is a big saving of your time. the apartments are small, but everything you need is there and most importantly a large terrace with an amazing view of the sea. a large supermarket is nearby. also the boat station is nearby and for 15 euros you can go for a walk to Dubrovnik and back. we noted many advantages for ourselves and thanks to the owners for a pleasant holiday in Croatia

Best impressions and excellent experience! We arrived earlier than check-in, but our apartment was already free and cleaned, so we could check-in earlier. The owner showed and explained everything that can be needed, gave us special recommendations for local objects and nearby travelling, some historical facts. Also we were lucky to taste special family cake and very impressed by kindness and hospitality of this family. The apartment is clean and fully equipped and during our stay the room was cleaned everyday. Everything is very cozy and you have everything you needed. It is very close to the sea, so we had an amazing view from the balcony. Villa situated in a calm green place in 2 minutes from the beach and local restaurants, 10-15 min on foot from the big supermarket. Very beautiful place to walk and swim in the cleanest water, just will advise to use water shoes. We had an amazing stay and definitely will return to this place!

Great location, clean and simple. You do have to take a lot of stairs to reach the property from the beach. This was not a problem for us and would stay again.

The location was fantastic, in the center of the old town, a few steps above the main road so it was quiet. The rooms are small but very clean and nicely decorated. Mrs. Viva who runs them is amazing, knowledgeable about everything, she suggested restaurants were great choices, she helped us find transportation to where we wanted to go, anything we needed and we texted her, she responded immediately and helped us with everything . I highly recommend it and consider it a great choice for someone who wants to go to Dubrovnik and stay in a great place, in the old town, with great service.
