Excellent location in Mlini - directly in front of the beach. Amazing views from the property. Solid Wi-Fi access. Real homely feel at the guesthouse. Great assistance & recommendations from Boško, the host. Takes barely 15 minutes by taxi from Mlini to the Dubrovnik Old Town, however, the Boat Taxi from the Mlini harbour is a much cooler option & also cheaper for a solo traveller (and definitely faster than a taxi during peak traffic times).

1.7 km from Kupari Beach, Francesca Guesthouse & Vardia Winery is a recently renovated property set in Mlini and offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking.

The guesthouse is located in a quite place, just a short walk to the Srebreno beach (around 15 min).On the way to the beach you can find a big supermarket Konzum (you can buy there groceries or clothes), a bakery with fresh local pastries and some restaurants. From the airport you can take Bolt, it costs around 15 eur or take a shuttle bus to Dubrovnik and then take bus No 10 or 16. Bus stops are within a few min walk from the .guesthouse. The location is really great, as you can easily go to Dubrovnik or other places around. We liked the possibility to make breakfast or dinner in the shared and well equipped kitchen and sit outside in the terrace or our balcony. The personnel was very friendly, especially big thanks goes to Katarina who every morning was greetig us witt a big smile :)) Best regards !

Great free breakfast, I'd recommend the egg omelet ;) Also, Pansion Srebreno also has its own restaurant open to the public with really good food. It's in a pretty convenient location for the business trip, a 4-minute walk from the Sheraton hotel.
