It was a lovely 20 min or so walk through the forest from the Guesthouse. Mukinje is a very quiet and serene place to stay near the National Park. My room was modern, clean and comfortable. Nebo and his son, Sacha were amazing hosts who took the time to explain the local area and Plitvice Lakes and overall provided a comfortable stay for me. I cannot thank them enough for hosting me. You can walk from there for 15 minutes or drive for a few. The owner is a great host. Explained all we could do and suggested the itinerary in the park, that corresponded to itinerary H. This covers both Upper and Lower Lakes. The room and bathroom are spotlessly clean and confortable. It was chilly outside but inside was cozy and warm.
