the apartments are really located on the beach. the beach is small pebbles, the bottom is sandy, the water is exceptionally clean - the most ideal beach in the resort. but if you want variety - there are several other beaches within walking distance. you don't have to plan your trip to the sea - at any time you can go out to the embankment in a swimsuit and this is a big saving of your time. the apartments are small, but everything you need is there and most importantly a large terrace with an amazing view of the sea. a large supermarket is nearby. also the boat station is nearby and for 15 euros you can go for a walk to Dubrovnik and back. we noted many advantages for ourselves and thanks to the owners for a pleasant holiday in Croatia

Great location, clean and simple. You do have to take a lot of stairs to reach the property from the beach. This was not a problem for us and would stay again.

The location was fantastic, in the center of the old town, a few steps above the main road so it was quiet. The rooms are small but very clean and nicely decorated. Mrs. Viva who runs them is amazing, knowledgeable about everything, she suggested restaurants were great choices, she helped us find transportation to where we wanted to go, anything we needed and we texted her, she responded immediately and helped us with everything . I highly recommend it and consider it a great choice for someone who wants to go to Dubrovnik and stay in a great place, in the old town, with great service.

This appartment was better than many 5 star hotels. Exceeded all expectations and was outstanding. It had all the ammenities needed even more. Many freebies and gifts from the host. The room was very high-end, in an amazing location exactly in the center of old town, with great view to the clock tower, cable car mountain, the wall, and monestry. Toilet and bath are very premium (villeroy and bosch) The design of the room was very modern and special, we wanted to stay in the room the whole trip 😁😁.

It’s absolutely impossible to say what we liked the most because everything was unbelievebly perfect! Since we arrived at the reception with Mr. Antonio checking us In and Mr. Marin explaining us everything about Dubrovnik, the tour of the Villa’s facilities. Calmness, beautiful landscapes, divine breakfast, two cozy pools with outstanding views… This is the first ever review I do in my life because this place and staff really deserve all the best!
