The hosts were very gracious and helpful during our stay. The accommodations were very clean and well stocked with all amenities (tea and electric kettle was a nice treat during the rainy evenings during our stay). I highly recommend this host and the flat is a perfect place to stay in Motovun. 10 out of 10 would stay there again!

Great location near a local wedding venue and walking distance to shops and sights. Stunning views from the hotel. Beautiful room and hotel owner was fantastic, his restaurant was closed on the day we arrived but he organised his chef to cook us a 3 course meal which was absolutely delicious - best meal of our whole stay. So kind of him to do that and saved us a walk to find a restaurant. Would definitely return in the future.

Great location in the center of Motovun, clean apartment, good airconditioning, useful shared kitchen with a large fridge and freezer, nice coffee machine to use. Tip, also go to the restaurant of the owner just across the street, food was sublime!

Rooms Sara is located in the center of Groznjan, a small and beautiful Istrian town that looks like it is from fairy tales. During the day, we traveled around Istria so we didn't spend that much time in the room to need a kitchen for cooking. But it has a refrigerator and cattle, so that was basically what we needed. In general, the room was clean and cosy and it had everything that we needed, including air conditioner, in this case for heating, since it was a little cold. The host Sara was very kind, communicative and helpful. I strongly recommend visiting Grožnjan if traveling to Istria, and also staying at the Rooms Sara.

    We had a lovely stay at this beautiful guesthouse. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast service which is on addition was varied with fresh products. The views are spectacular, the location in this historical little town great! The host offered to pick us and our luggage up from the car park: our advise is to accept this offer. The town streets are very steep and the pavement even a bit slippery. Very pittoresque but uncomfortable when carrying heavy luggage😉

    The location of the guesthouse was great. It was in the old town and the town is small which makes it easy to walk around. The view from the terrace was beautiful too! The host was super welcoming and kind. The room was clean and had everything you needed. It was also quiet even though it was facing the street.
