The commodity and room simplicity. Private and clean bathroom, cool film posters around the place that make you feel comfortable Street side is very quiet and sleeping is easy.. It is pretty close to the center of Pula and Arena (5-10 mins walking)...the host is super welcoming person, easy to talk to and gives good info on going around Pula.
