We had everything we needed. The place was clean and the beds were comfortable. Air con was on when we arrived. The price was reasonable. The host was welcoming and responsive to questions before we arrived. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and would come back again.

Everything was perfect! The welcome was very warm and friendly. The owner gave us a tour of the house upon arrival: the spacious room with its private bathroom, the separate balcony where we could enjoy breakfast in the morning sun, and the shared kitchen which was very well equipped (including an Italian coffee maker and a large fridge). The room was large and pleasantly furnished, and the bathroom very comfortable. The shared kitchen was spotless. The balcony for breakfast was fabulous — sunny in the morning and sheltered from the wind. There is a large parking area right at the foot of the house. The accommodation is very calm, despite the proximity of the road.

Situated in the small village Rakovica, only 8 km from the UNESCO-protected Plitvice Lakes National Park, House Zupan is surrounded by green meadows, fruit trees and gardens.

It was super clean. We travelled with our baby and it was important for us. The host was very kind, she offered us tea and prepared water for the baby. It is a very cute building.
