It was extremely clean so that we felt that it was better than five stars hotel. All facilities in the room were very well considered and organized. Kitchen tools including sink were very well cleaned. Bathroom was very clean and equipped with all necessary things. Shower booth was wide enough and clean. No water was came out from the booth and shower was working very well. Free parking place was good too. And, it has partial ocean view. Nearby I could across the sea to get to old town shortly by a boat just paying one Euro.

The room was so beautiful with a wonderful balcony. Emma is one of the nicest people I met, she's hard working and she put a lot of effort to make sure you're having a good experience of Zadar. It's close to the beach, 45 mn by feet or 10mn by bus from the historical center of Zadar (the bus stop is really close). 100% recommend.

Amazing ,welcoming hosts! So kind ! Spotlessly clean! Very comfortable , lovely pillows with everything we needed. Lovely area with lots to explore , 2minute walk from the shore . Lovely walk or row boat service to old town .

Properly was a few hundred meters from beautiful swimming spots, and not to far from the centre of town either. Supermarket just down the road; and good cooking facilities. Room was spotless.

Villa Triana-Adults Only is located directly on the beach of Borik/Diklo. It offers air-conditioned rooms and suites with free WiFi, and satellite TV .

This is the second time we have stayed at this little gem. The location is perfect and easily walkable to restaurants/cafes. There is a mini mart and bakery right next door, so it is really convenient to grab water, etc. There is also a bus stop located beside the mini mart (busses run every hr, but can be quite late!). We waited 30 minutes past the scheduled bus time table and ended up ordering an Uber (Ubers are very cost effective; $6 to go downtown) and about a 10 minute ride). We reserved the superior room overlooking the sea. The view was just spectacular and the beach is a 1 minute walk. Although there is not daily maid service, the staff are very helpful and will replenish/clean whenever you need them to. Just lovely and friendly staff. Loved the quiet (adults only). Very relaxing trip and we WILL be back for a third time!
