We had such a happy stay at Imalee Hotel! From the very beginning, we felt so warmly welcomed by the friendly and kind staff. The cottage houses are absolutely stunning – beautifully designed and of very high quality. Breakfast was a real highlight with fresh fruit, eggs, and delicious juice every morning. We were even offered an upgrade, which was such a lovely surprise and made our stay extra special. Everything was perfect, and we can’t recommend this place enough – we will definitely be coming back!

The staff were amazing. The hospitality of staff in Indonesia is amazing. Little things like when we left, one of the staff offered to fill my kids water bottles for the journey without prompting. Very caring. Or after the kids had been swimming they offered us a drying rack without prompting. Breakfast for the kids was great; either omlette, toast or pancakes. Cereal was available 24/7. The pool was available 24/7, with lighting overnight. Honestly amazing hotel and staff, so great value too. They were very accomodating with us on our check out day even though they were fully booked that night.

We loved our stay here. The room was spacious, clean, Netflix on TV if you want it. The half outdoor bathroom was lovely. The staff at the villa were absolutely lovely and so helpful. Great base for exploring yogyakarta. The villa is down some alleyways. We had no issue with taxi drivers getting down the little lane. The backstreets are full of beautiful homes and friendly people, kids who want to say hi, and lots of beautiful friendly cats too. Icing on the cake was free tea and coffee available all day, and the beautiful pool.
