Very new and clean facility. The AC works perfectly, the pool is clean. Loewys is located in a gated area, so you can feel safe at night, there is no noise from the street or other rooms - so you can sleep well. They clean the rooms very often without a request and provide free water. Coffee in the cafe downstairs tastes really good, although the price is rather high for Jakarta. The staff is really helpful and handles all requests. The room has nice-looking white furniture of high quality.

Very homey. The unit with a kitchen inside was perfect for my mom. The water refill facility is quite nice for us. The staff is super helpful, from the securities (both day and night shift), the housekeeping and the front desk. We plan to come back next year for a longer stay. You cant hear the trains from inside the room.

It was super clean and comfortable. Not to mention also very strategic. Minimarts, cafes, etc. are just one min walking. Bedding, towels and basic amenities are provided. Best is that they also provide kitchen, laundry or we can rent the washing machine..
