What a find!! Gorgeous guest house with incredible staff, comfortable beds, VERY clean rooms, great showers, good snacks and drinks 24/7. No detail was spared. I traveled with my mom, who is very particular, and she was RAVING about how wonderful this guest house was throughout the rest of our trip.

The house is comfortable, the host Mrs and Mr Wibowo are very kind and friendly. Located near Candi Sewu . Their warm welcome make you fell at home. One day Mrs Wibowo offer me a ride to the temple nearby.. how nice of her. Will come back again next time.

This is the second time I stayed here. For this time I was here to attend Nyayogjazz event. The spacious and comfy room is one of the considerations. Omah Kampong also has a shared kitchen completed by a water dispenser, stove, cooking utensils and dining table. In addition, Pas Hendro, the staff is also helpful and friendly. The location!!! It's super central. The owner of the hotel recommended I take the train from the Airport to the City. I am glad I listened to the dude. The hotel is a 5-minute walk away from the train station. Once you check-in, you can walk to the must-see attractions like Malioboro, Keraton, Taman Sari, Sonobudoyo Museum, and the Hamzah Batik where they have drag and cabaret shows. There's a whole ton of food around, too. If you rent a motorbike, Prambanan will be only 40 min away. And it's a very pleasant drive, too. The location is awesome! Oh, if you are into books, Gramedia is like 3 km away. Check it out, it's a great bookstore. The rooms are clean, neat, and functional. Loved it. The staff are amazing, too. I don't know how they manage to serve coffee at 6 AM with a smile and a lovely attitude. Oh, and coffee is super cheap and good. I loved the slow mornings with the coffee and a book on the terrace.
