If you want a real Lombok experience, come here. The accomodation is in front of a big rice terrace, the nature is beautiful there, you can see a lot of monkeys down in the walley. If the weather is clear you can see the cliffs of the beautiful rinjani mountain and the summit as well, at night the sky is amazing because there is no light pollution. Hermi, the owner of the place was one of our best host so far, everything we asked, he was there to help us. The staff was brilliant, Ameng cooks very well, usually he makes the food hot and spicy but you can ask them for the no chili version 🤪. If you want to discover the village, we recommend to ask Hermi for a local guide because they will take you trough unsigned path on the ricefields what you can’t see by your own. They will show you the black monkeis in the forest and the waterfalls of Tetebatu where you can swim also. We spent in fullmoon 4 nights and it was the best part of our Lombok 3 weeks adventure. Just everything. We loved every second here. Our room was spacious, well equipped and clean. The food that Andy prepared for us was always really really tasty, the breakfast aswell as lunch and dinner. It’s all fresh cooked and local. Talking about Andy - he was definitively the highlight of our stay. He was always friendly, funny and just the best host u can wish for. The tour we did with him was also really good, we gained much information about local life, plants, animals and the authentic Lombok living. He told us so much, was always there for a chat and just really, really nice to be around. The other members of the staff were also really nice! Also the area of Tetebatu was so lovely and beautiful. The local wildlife as gecko’s and some other little animals are part of the area, so u have to be prepared to see them around. Remember: they were here before you ;) We would definitely stay here again. That was one of our best experiences on our whole trip through Southeast Asia.

The property is located in a calm area in the village, next to a rice field - you will have a beautiful view for the breakfast. The room are clean and pretty. And the best part is Amin, he is someone incredibly nice, friendly and we felt like home. We had some health issues during our stay and he helped us with everything. I recommend the rice field tour with him too

The rice fielda views with Rinjani on the background and the kindness of the family who runs this place. They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable, and they made me feel like family since day one. I was going to stay 2 nights, ended up staying for 8 - that says it all! The facilities are brand new and they are building a restaurant as well. It's in a secluded yet beautiful peaceful village with a lot to see. Practicing my yoga on the balcony with that view was magical and the nights watching the starts around the bonfire? Memorable! Great value for the money 😍

The place is really nice, cozy, and well maintained. The highlight has to be the breathtaking view of the volcano. Huge shoutout to the staff, especially Rozi and Ardi, who were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our visit.

I recommend 100% Opik Homestay! The room was big, clean, with a beautiful bathroom and new bedding. Opik is very kindful, helpful and eager to share his experience and best recommendations to visit Tetebatu. The food is also very good, for breakfast or lunch/diner.
